Ski racing is in my blood. Three generations of my family - my grandparents, both my parents and today my brothers and I have been part of the fastest, most thrilling sport on snow.

My own World Cup debut was in 2011 on the the famous "Planai" slalom track in Schladming. Since then career highlights include: two Nor-Am overall titles (2012 & 2016); a silver medal in the 2015 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships and a breakthrough season on the World Cup in 2016-17 with top ten results in Kitzbuhel, Val d'Isere and St. Catarina in giant slalom, slalom and the alpine combined.

With my NCAA years now behind me, I am grateful for the support extended by the University of Denver Pioneers, DU athletics and everyone who believes in NCAA alpine ski racing. For younger athletes aiming for ski racing excellence, consider the NCAA opportunity and check out the various schools who are committed to ski racing excellence.

Our Team is small, but with our dedicated coaches Dusan Grasic and Elias Jonsson - our hard-working service technicians Jan Šauperl and Matteo Bortolotti - and my teammates Trevor Philp and Simon Fournier - we are working hard to continue building Canada's presence in the technical disciplines.

Thank you to every young athlete, the ski racing family and everyone who supports our goal to compete with the best! #WeAreWinter
